Nestle Indonesia, global food manufacturer is holding a plant expansion in order to compete in global markets. This argument raised in the factory office that is being built as a design object. Given the office serves as a transition area that housed the activities of the employees is important, it is necessary for the proper interior design. In addition, the physical environment is an important work related to job satisfaction and worker productivity. Therefore, the design concept should refer to the satisfaction of physiological and psychological needs of users to achieve these two aspects. Moreover, the concept is also supported by Nestle employment policies, ie, quality, security, cleaning and environmental services.
